Sanford Millar is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law. He has been instrumental in the organizational architecture of the Company and implementation of its business. He has a bachelor’s degree and a Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

BONNIE LEINHOS

Bonnie Leinhos has been in the poker industry and event planning field
for over 20 years. She has vast experience in marketing poker events and
affiliate management. For the past two years, she coordinated and
implemented the Tour events of the UBT. In her career, she has founded
and has produced many world renowned poker events including the Aruba
Poker Classic and the Four Queens Poker Classic. Bonnie is a well
respected player and personality in the poker industry. She holds
a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to his involvement in this production, Jon is a partner at one of the nation's premier entertainment law firms, Del, Shaw, Moonves, Tanaka, Finkelstein & Lezcano,
where he primarily represents actors, writers, producers,
executives and production entities in all aspects of the motion
picture and television industries. Jon is a leading expert on
television distribution and exploitation. Jon also has been asked to serve on several advisory boards to "new media" companies and is regularly invited to speak at seminars on various topics about the entertainment industry. Jon received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

multi-million dollar franchise series for the home video,
pay-per-view and video game industry in both gambling and
entertainment areas. Houston also has extensive experience with
